The purpose of the research was to show the efficiency of the organization and carrying out competitions of the improving orientation on the example of young male boxers-beginners. The authors have developed the model of the organization of occupations and carrying out competitions of boxers, the main aim of which is health preservation of children and teenagers. Thus all the components of the model, such as educational-training and competitive occupations, estimation of specific influences of a duel on a ring, are directed to the improvement of the boxers health. The block of control and correction provides the stability and integrity of the general process of training and competitions.
