The comparative aspect of expressiveness of vegetative changes, power expenses of an organism, condition central nervous, nervous-muscular and sensor systems in hand-to-hand fight in different kinds of fighting single combats is presented in the article. The researches with the participation of representatives of different schools of fighting single combats included definition of the degree the economisation of functions of an organism and accuracy of shooting after vestibular and specialized loads. The intensive vestibular load considerably reduces the accuracy of shooting even in representatives of the divisions who have the high level of shooting training. The instructors who doesn't have practical skills in shooting, but widely use vestibular loads in trainings, have higher stability in accuracy of shooting on the background less expressed chronotropic reactions of heart after rotations.
