The purpose of the work is to optimize technical and tactical preparedness on the basis of the research of efficiency of results of drawing of nine-meter free throw at women's teams. The research methods used in the study were aimed at solving the set aims and objectives: 1) Analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature. 2) Pedagogical experiment. 3) Mathematical processing of data. The research was carried out according to the data of the last round of the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan on handball in Almaty (2009). Held - 15 games. Each game had 2 protocols. According to the data of 30 protocols, our research was carried out using the method of mathematical statistics. Statistical studies have been conducted using the program Excel "Statistics". The data obtained were recorded in the results table to determine effectiveness in each tactical and protective action. When analyzing the calculations of our research, as can be seen from table 1, in 30 protocols for 15 games, 586 free 9-meter throws were assigned. Of these, 48.6% are goals scored, 44.7 % are unsuccessful shots, and 6.7 % are losses on 9-yard free throws. The results of the efficiency of execution of throws in games of handball players of different qualifications in attack and reflection of this throw in protection are analyzed. Conclusions are given on the importance of tactical training as one of the important sides in handball and recommendations on the improvement of tactical training in the educational-training process.
