The author has created the multifunctional device for teaching and training of weightlifters and powerlifters including four blocks: foot block, loading, the block of installation and task of moving of a sports bar and the block of accommodation of the athlete. The complex multifunctional device can be used at different stages of process of training and training of weight-lifters and powerlifters. In case of the use of a simulator during the training the conditions for realization both full, and partial spatial models of lifting drafts, jerk and rise of a bar on the breast are created. The biomechnically proved working off of technics of special exercises will render a purposeful influence on the formation of the conducting elements of the complex coordinative competitive movements in powerlifting and weightlifting.
