Clinician impact on athlete recovery and readiness in a 24-Hour training cycle

In the last decade, athlete monitoring has had increased popularity within the sports medicine and science communities. Through advanced technology and ease of implementation, more information on athletes is being captured than ever before. This information can empower the athlete, clinician, or sport scientist to review performance metrics and adjust workout intensity or volume accordingly. Training load data from wearable sensors have been published in sports such as soccer, rugby, and running. How an athlete`s training performance is evaluated is dependent on the sensor utilized, measures the sensor can record, and training frame window.
